We’re usually in the shop during the day, so replies tend to go out in the evenings or on weekends. Typical response time is within 48 hours. If it’s a quick question, sometimes faster. If it requires us to go test something before answering, maybe a few days longer.

We’re not interested in unboxing content, sponsored posts, or copy-paste spec sheet summaries. If you’re sending something for review, expect an honest, detailed assessment — not a guarantee of a positive one.
We don’t accept payment for reviews, and we don’t let brands approve copy before it goes live. If that works for you, we’d love to hear what you’re building.
